Mark Jackson- a relator that goes above and beyond!

After several trips to Maui, we knew we eventually wanted to own our own piece of property on this special island. We contacted several Relators and received listings from them weekly, and Mark stood out from the rest and so we contacted him about meeting up next time we were on the island.

Even though we were interested in properties across the island from where Mark normally sold real state, he took the time to drive across the island just to meet up with us. He showed us many different properties and explained a lot of issues that arise when Canadian’s are buying U.S property. His knowledge and expertise were definitely a great asset.

After spending several days showing us properties, nothing fit. We left a little disappointed, thinking it might not happen. A couple weeks after arriving back to the mainland, Mark, going above and beyond, found a property that met all our criteria! He went and viewed the unit for us, and after it had been listed for just 3 days we put in an offer and it was accepted! He guided us to Banks and mortgage brokers and advised us through all the paper work.  He answered our texts, emails and phone calls. Being first time out of country property buyers, he put us at ease by answering all our questions. Without all his knowledge and experience our purchase would have proved a lot more difficult. Thanks again Mark for making our Hawaii purchase a dream come true 🙂

Mark has made the experience of buying a house on Maui a very enjoyable process. By living in L. A. while we bought a house here on Maui, Mark took care of a lot of the process for us on the island, which saved us a lot of time and money. He is now a good friend and neighbor and we wouldn’t use any one else on this beautiful island when it comes to buying or selling a house.
